I am a Riverwalk home owner of 11 years. This community suffers due to the blasting of the rock quarry and the noise from the new drag strip. What is the current zoning of the land? There is plenty of business parks in cabarrus cty that could house one of these plants. Please do not allow more negative impacts to our community.

Don't ruin our community by turning it into an industrial wasteland!

We do not need an asphalt plant in this area, there are too many trucks driving too fast on Pitts School Rd and surrounding roads as of now. This would add to congestion as well as danger to school buses and neighbors in this area.

If you don't want this to happen, just inform all the businesses along Speedway/Bruton Smith Blvd and Concord Mills Blvd. I'm sure they don't want their customers staying away because of the potential for foul odors and obnoxious chemicals.

Please be considerate and respectful to not ruin what what we have worked hard for, and a place our families can remain safe. Concord is mainly a rural area, so plenty of places to move your company too. Please have empathy, you would not want your children and property to suffer because of greed.

I think some people value money over health of a community. There are plenty of other areas this plant can be built, so keep looking.

I can't tolerate the smell of asphalt plants. It gives me migraines and makes me very sick. They should never be placed near residential areas, nor where children attend school.

This is too close to schools, the charter school my son attends plans to build their high school in this area.
