This type of business should not be located so close to residential areas. It is definitely unwelcome in this area.

This is an unacceptable location for this plant. You are risking the safety of children and families by putting this plant here and adding congestion to an already busy area. Do not allow this plant to go in.

I believe people will move away from the area, having a negative impact on local merchants and the area in general. An upcoming and progressive area of Concord could potentially be turned into a bad neighborhood.
