This will be built too close to a school.

Build it in an industrial area over near airport, not in residential back yard.

This will lower the tax value of our home and the county and city should consider this.

We have industrial areas for industrial business's. They should not be located that close to our school's and neighborhood's.

This type of facility near our communities and children is both unnecessary and dangerous. Facilities of this nature are better suited in other areas of the county

Please don't allow construction of the proposed asphalt plant! My family suffers from respiratory problems and this would worsen the symptoms!!!!

This is a completely inappropriate development for this site. I strongly oppose it.

i am strongly opposed to this. They need to be looking for a more remote location that will not adversely established neighborhoods

Anyone who thinks putting an asphalt plant next to a school and near some of the nicest neighborhoods in Concord should either lose their position as an elected official or lose their business license. This makes ZERO sense, it would endanger children, it will facilitate lawsuits, and, in short, it demonstrates a woeful disregard for residents if approved. The business applicant should be ashamed of themselves. Please, show some leadership and compassion and intelligence and do not approve this request. Make a decision that protects children and neighborhoods, not businesses.

The hazardous chemicals will poison our air quality. Stop this project for the sake of our children.

I do NOT want this around me or my wife and son. Keeping us safe matters. AND...our property is only beginning to come out of water. Do this, and we'll be so underwater again, that we'll nev w r be able to sell the house.

This is a residential area. Why would you think of putting a plant near so many homes, much less an elementary school? This sounds detrimental and we as residents are against it. Please consider other options.

This Proposal is unacceptable due to fumes & toxins that will be emitted by this plant!

No chemical plants should be built near schools, it's unsafe for residents and children.
