I believe there is a definite answer to peacefully stop racism among our nation. I feel the most optimal way to do so is by starting a petition. In hopes of receiving a vast majority of signatures this petition will promote congress to create a new law to protect innocent black lives from being murdered on a consistent basis. As a consequence for murdering an innocent black individual, they will serve life without parole.
