Please don't take away one of the few activities our citizens have left in McDowell County.

Our students and youth need safe places to go and enjoy nature.

Save Berwind Lake. We grew up there We love our Lake

Please leave open so many families appreciate this place

Worth keeping open. Not much else tho do in this area. A lot of families use this for good safe fun.

It would be shameful to let this beautiful resort area lose these needed features.

My family and I have enjoyed Berwind Park for years. It's wonderful to be able to go to a park and enjoy being outdoors with family and friends! Better than going to a theme park out of state!

Nice place to take families near our small communitues.

You took this land away from Indians now you going take away from rest this land free suppose be free our kids kids will not get see the beautiful of camping in wva they have go out state don't take this away something that family look forward to doing ever yr keep open blessing love light

I have daughter that had autism there is where she likes to go to calm down.Its where my children learn how to swim at to.

Please don't take this lake . Its where my kids first learned how to swim and fish . And so many wonderful memories have been made here. So many family outing shared at this lake

Please find resources to keep the pool and campground open. The families in this community need someplace to get out and enjoy themselves.

Please keep everything open at Berwind Lake. If y'all take this from McDowell County would be another slap in the face to us all. Just think about this y'all take this than the kids won't have nothing what so ever to do the Lake has been here for years. Also we have weddings church gatherings and ect taking this would cause a lot of heart ace. So please keep everything open.

I and my family love visiting the lake when we come to visit our family. We hope to bring our grandchildren to see where we grew up.THIS lake is the heart of McDowel County.

This is the only spot that so many of those of us that have moved away can come back to have family get togethers. Not being able to depend on the availability of the shelter is not acceptable when trying to plan and coordinate 75 plus people.

I have wonderful memories of the lake from my childhood. It is a part of some many people.

Please provide funds to keep these facilities open. Me and my whole family has ued the Lake for years our kids have gone to the pool there several of our family Weddings and reunions have been held there also our childrens Birthday parties most of my family fish there and kids day is one of the few things that our kids in War have to do so I ask that you do all that you can to keep the Berwind lake and facilities open.
