I live in mercer county but berwind lake is so pretty thepool was closed but now pooland paddle boats are going WHY take it away so they can kill a pet deer... THATS WHAT WASDONE MID 80'S

McDowell doesn't have much for the kids and if you take this away you will be taking away the biggest thing that they have. The kids need something to do. Please don't take it away.

I grew up in Cucumber, WV in the 50's. My family and many neighbors have many wonderful memories if family picnics, swimming, fishing, paddle boating or just walking around enjoying the beauty of the lake.
