Blackstone walking trail

Lennar can't just make promises to sell houses, they need to follow through!

Please fix the trail and deliver what was stated in the builders statement of intent.

I didn't even know a trail had gone in. When I purchased in 2013, Lennar made it sound like there would be several trails for us to enjoy.

Give us the trail we were promised !!!

Fix the trail. Maintain the trail. Keep your promise as you said you would while selling the home.

Fix the trails

All we ask is that there is follow through in regards to the maintenance of our walking trails, so they can be enjoyed by all. By neglecting maintenance our community is less of a desirable place for families to call home.

There is a trailhead across the street from our house and another one maybe 1/8 mi away on Keystone and they are complete eyesores. They are overgrown and inaccessible.

Overgrown! Dangerous because I can’t see snakes. Hazard. Can’t take kids on trail.

As a resident of the Blackstone Community, I’m signing this petition in agreement demanding the developers fix our walking trails.

These are not the trails I was told we'd have a walking path around the community. Guess next time we'll request details and pics of what will be delivered. It's a shame to have such great views while the trail was semi useable and decent bridges that will sit unused.
