All trails in Blackstone need to be finished properly. As they stand they are unsafe and a disgrace to EDH.

The trail needs to be maintained. This is how it was marketed to us when we purchased in Blackstone.

I think the Parks Services Department needs to maintain the ENTIRE trail on a regular basis. Isn’t that why we pay added fees as part of our property taxes?

The trail behind Black Hawk Drive is also a disaster and not what was promised. It's overgrown with weeds and also known as "Rattlesnake Hotel". Lennar needs to step up to the plate to finish these trails to completion.

I agree the trail is a misleading disgrace to our community.

the over grown weeds have made this not only impossible but unsafe to walk or bike. Finish the bloody project and at least weed or cut a path for people to use it without fear of stepping on an uneven path or stepping ina snake. Can you not finish one project through completion? Absolute incompetence.

The trails look worse than they did before they were made. Take a look at the Trails in Folsom - that is what trails should look like, they are actually useable for walking & biking.

We were lead to believe that this trail would be easily accessible. It is not.

We are signing this petition for RDH County to hold Lennar accountable to maintain the trail behind Palusades II in the Blackstone Development.

100% agree that this so-called trail is an eye sore to the community and was completely mis-represented by our Builder as well !
