Final supporters
To construct our cinema we need two changes to the existing zoning proffers on the First & Main property: one to remove the height restriction and one to adjust the traffic restriction on the Kennedy Avenue side of the building.We have worked with the residents of Kennedy Avenue and proposed additional proffers to meet their concerns.

We need a real movie theater in town already. Driving all the way to Christiansburg is such a hassle for a decent screen. Get this built!!
