In my opinion there should be another trial, because they didn't show everything that happened the night of the shooting. All we saw was Ferrell running pass the officer, but we didn't see what else happened after that. The court need to show the video from one of the other officers dash cam. Right now it's kerrick words versus a young man who can't speak for himself. Where is the justice?

Please consider reevaulating the decision for a new trial. In order to receive a fair and different outcome, try having the case heard outside of Mecklenburg County.

Hideous. If someone is uncomfortable with a disoriented person, they need to remove themselves to a position of lower risk, no one has a right to pull out a gun and fill an accident victim with bullets. This could have been you, this could have been me.

This always happens with officer involved shooting....someone needs to do something about CMPD...they treat Black people different and I have seen it with my own law abiding eyes...!!!!
