I am someone son and I know that loosing your child to the people who took an oath to serve and protect would be a terrible thought that your child would loose their life because they needed help after being injured in a car accident. Justice need to be served in this case. Because that young man Johnatan needed officer kerick help not for him to murder him.

This trial needs to be retryed because black lives do matter and blacks have so much in just when it comes to use needing the law enforcement and the justice system to tell the trueth. Because so many people of colored are shot down for fear of how we will be approached by law enforcement verses how others are approached who are not black. This young man died because he needed help and trusted officer Natick to give him that help as an officer of the law.

I believe a police officer is justified in treating a suspect as hostile and dangerous if they don't follow the officer's commands. When did the rules change that a suspect doesn't have to follow a police officer's orders? Do you not remember that two CMPD officers (Shelton and Clark) were executed in the head by a suspect in 2007 when they responded to a domestic disturbance at an apartment complex? They were survived by their wives and two children. Those children never got to know their father. I'm glad Kerrick is still alive and is able to defend the public again when he is re-instated by CMPD.

Death is permanent .. bodily threat is temporary. Officer Kerrick did not have the right to shoot an unarmed person 12 times! There were 3 police officers present, whereas Jonathan Ferrall just one, and UNARMED!
