Death is permanent .. bodily threat is temporary. Officer Kerrick did not have the right to shoot an unarmed person 12 times! There were 3 police officers present, whereas Jonathan Ferrall just one, and UNARMED!
It is my understandang that there were 3 CMPD officers on the scene. With tasers and pepper spray those guys should have been able to contain anyone without the use of deadly force.
An injustice has been carried out. We need to put this before a jury again and make sure that they are presented with all the evidence available and are able to make an informed decision. This was a travesty from the beginning.
This Is Not fair to his family it was other ways of handling this situation this officer took a innocent successful life he had other ways of avoiding getting hurt if he felt threatened.
My brother was killed in 2011 by cmpd micheal Forbes with teaser for no reason , he used excessive for civil found him guilty due to evidence but they fail to show all or give all evidence in criminal court and the cmpd had they own pvt hearing for criminal charges.

That’s embarrassing and a slap in the face to all black voters, that said, All Black Americans should wake up and challenge the ill-educated anti-American BLM to explain HOW looting and rioting, arson attacks on private businesses , rampant violence and lawlessness protesting, stomping and burning the U.S.A. flag, vandalizing and toppling Civil War statues and monuments, there by Erasing the History of the Pro-slavery, Spread Hating, and currently the True Racist Democratic Party which was Proudly Known Historically as The Slaveholding Confederate States of America, stop blacks from murdering each other in record numbers every weekend in Democrat-run cities and states ONLY? Why does BLM believe black lives ONLY matter when they are harmed or killed by a white person, especially a white cop and not by black hoodlum? (Think) Where are the multitude of protesters, mourners, and televised funeral services from BLM for the deaths of Black men, women, children, and cops killed by black thugs across America's major cities? The truth is BLM does not care about black people killing other black people, because it does nothing to advance its political power agenda and they know more Black Americans are killed by blacks then by cops. Well, the fact is, All Lives Matter (ALM). It is Sad, Insulting, and Degrading that Black Americans Today after all this Years have Forgotten (Think) who the Real Racists have Been and Continue to be, namely, the Democrats.

Hideous. If someone is uncomfortable with a disoriented person, they need to remove themselves to a position of lower risk, no one has a right to pull out a gun and fill an accident victim with bullets. This could have been you, this could have been me.
