I, the undersigned, stand in solidarity with the demand by the Black Is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations for Black Community Control of the Police in the black community. I am opposed to the police in the black community functioning as a military occupation force that has historically killed, injured and jailed black people unjustly with near complete impunity. With this signature I take a stand united with the black community throughout the U.S. for democracy, justice and black community control of the police in the black community.
