I have been staring at the dev forum threads all morning and honestly the frustration is just piling up because nobody seems to be listening to how these system changes actually feel for us veteran players. I am putting together a compiled list of all your feedback to send over directly to the support team even though they probably have a massive inbox right now.

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam so quickly but here we are and the developers have to notice this growing pile of feedback eventually. It feels like the community is finally syncing up on how broken these systems really are and that makes me feel a lot less crazy for being frustrated about the state of the game.

great ideea, if they could refund at least a portion of the materials invested into the characters if no all, that would be great and overall healthy for the game since they literally flipped the entire meta on its head.
I invest a lot in characters like Toshiro, Zangetsu, and other, but with new hall system and new chars they become rly useless( it makes no sense have 3 dragons in team and stats of new chars - higher). So i want to get reset tickets for doing my team competitive and playable.
Have invested in 6 bt team heavily. I like the update but i have to invest in 4 new units from scratch... I think we need 2 or 3 character reset tickets. Thanks for reading me.
I totally agree. I was affected bad thanks to having a full team of 6. So much money wasted. I asked for a reset token in support and they said it would beunfair for other players. But its still unfair for us,.
This should have been the plan from the start. My server is DYING! Because of this update. Many top players quit including my squad leader (rank 2 squad in my server.)
Good idea.
I hope this works, lot of players that also wanna complain but don't speak english

I stopped subscribing to the soul jade packages since the update. I’m unsure if I want to continue investing due to this HUGE change.
