BIS-HCMC School Fees 2021/22

The school fee should be adjusted to fit with virtual school. The school fee is too high for a virtual school. I have two kids studying here, and another little one is going to school after the pandemic. However, I worry I was taking the wrong decision, as the school does not care about the right of the parents and the kids. We all know kids learn more at school, not like the virtual schooling style. The Covid death rate is increasing in HCMC. F0 rate is also increasing. I don't think the situation can be better in the next 2 or 3 months.

BIS is making more money during this time by collecting full tuition and food cost.

All over the world including Vietnam, while everyone, all fields and all industries are getting hurt, taking losses due to COVID-19 but I don't see BIS is taking any losses but instead it is taking some gains. Virtual learning reduces school's utilities bills, maintenance fees, staff payrolls, facility's depreciation and bring food cost for lunch to zero but BIS still collects full tuition that includes lunch food costs. I am wondering if any parents and BIS 's representative are seeing what I am seeing?

Please reduce school fees in line with the profound adverse impact of covid-19 on livelihoods. Inflation is going down, so should the school fees

Đối với việc triển khai dạy học trực tuyến, đề nghị các địa phương và cơ sở giáo dục cần căn cứ các công văn, hướng dẫn của Bộ GDĐT về việc đảm bảo chất lượng đào tạo từ xa trong thời gian phòng chống dịch COVID-19, để tính toán xác định mức thu hợp lý trên cơ sở triển khai thực tế công tác dạy học theo nguyên tắc chia sẻ khó khăn chung giữa cơ sở giáo dục với phụ huynh học sinh trong tình hình dịch bệnh và công khai minh bạch.

studying online at my daughter’s age can’t help us anything. she can’t able to sit and focus on the screen, also always have someone next to her and explain the things that she doesn’t understand. fix computer, back to last page in the application, want to hear and play it again…etc. it doesn’t work !!

1/ BIS should refund -AT LEAST- full lunch cost for every online learning day of year 2020-2021 and year 2021-2022 too. 2/ Fees for subjects that are supposed to be learned by pratice and requires use of facilities such as: SWIMMING, PE, MUSIC, SCIENCE/LABS ACTIVITIES should be reduced or even refund (NOBODY CAN LEARN SWIMMING IN FRONT OF SCREEN ! IT DOES NOT WORK !)

Bé học mẫu giáo nên việc học onl là k hiệu quả. Đề nghị trường nếu 18/8 chưa dc đi học trực tiếp thì lùi ngày cho đến khi đueojc đi học tt và kéo dài thời gian học vào những kì nghỉ, thanks

It’s outrageous to expect parents to pay these rates without in school instruction.

Learn from SSIS, they are allowing parents to pay in 4 terms and if you pay annual, you get a 6% discount.

Tôi đề nghỉ lùi ngày khai giảng. Sau có thể học bù lại. Sức khoẻ sự an toàn đặt lên hàng đầu, hoặc giảm học phí online cho phù hợp, vì khi học online thì ko dùng cơ sở vật chất và việc kiến thức khó nạp đủ hơn cũng như ba mẹ khó quản lý hay học cùng con. Năm ngoái tôi đã tham gia việc qly học cùng con và thấy các con khá lơ là.
