On Sunday march 18th 2018 I went to a toys r us and found the love of my life; I found a rainbow caterpillar and named him Birthday Carl. I asked by dad for him and do to his expensive price he said that I would only be able to get him for Christmas. I understood fully why he said that but I joked around with him and kept on suggesting closer dates as to when to get him. I thin started to chant "BIRTHDAY CARL" and even posted about it on Instagram and changed my Instagram username to @birthday_Carl. He got a kick out of this and apparently so did my friends. Two of my friends started a joke saying that they would sign a petition in order to ensure me getting Carl quicker... so naturally I made a petition. When I told my father about this petition and that it was actually getting signatures he told me that if I were to get 700 signatures i could get Carl as soon as I hit the goal. Unfortunately I ran into some major problems with the website. For some crazy reason the website will not let me... or anyone for that matter access the petition. Now here I am with an entirely new one hoping that maybe I will reach my goal! This time there is a sort of prize for signing. When/if I get Carl I will make him an Instagram account. On this account I will post pictures of him next to a piece of paper. If you signed the petition I will let you choose what is written on that paper! What is on there must obviously be within reason. Nothing vulgar or problematic. I hope this petition works and that I reach the goal! Thank you all for your participation. Let's hope for Carl to come soon.
