Nature is important for humans overall health. Yes there's an issue with housing but thats created by governments open borders. Our farms and lands shouldn't be compromised for the governments incompetence.

Framfield Road is far too small to cope with the amount of traffic that this development will incur. On street parking in the area is already at a premium and cannot be relocated elsewhere. Local infrastructure already at overload. This development will only benefit the developer and landowner.

Far too man homes are planned, road access is extremely restricted and cannot cope with the volume traffic that there would be. Uckfield is already growing at an alarming and rate, and has nowhere sufficient facilities and infrastructure.

no building projects should ever be permitted on greenfield land. building high rise flats in existing urban areas is the only solution to this" forever" problem.

Uckfield is rammed with people and cars, no room to move, not enough local services to accommodate this vast amount of housing.

Enough is enough. Mallard Drive, Ridgewood Farm, HorstedPond Farm and this all displacing water which will cause more flooding. We do not have the services and infrastructure in Uckfield.
Please stop this going ahead.

Our town is already buckling under new development pressure both within uckfield itself and the immediate surrounding areas. Wealdens local plan has failed which has now left us (uckfield primarily it seems!) wide open for applications on our very much needed open rural countryside. The infrastructure cannot cope, the drs are already closed to new patients, the town is congested all week long during rush hour and school drop offs, we are destroying land we can never put back

Agricultural land is needed for agriculture and too much is being lost to needless development plans. Development should be on brown field sites only.

As a local resident on Framfield Road, I can see a large development would be unsustainable on the local infrastructure and roads!

Uckfield already has far too much new housing - is it actually selling? Bird in Eye is one of the last areas of countryside around the town. Please let it stay as it is.

This development is not suitable for the area, it will cause more strain on the infrastructure, more flooding and road pollution.
