I was looking at the old exhaust clouds this morning while waiting for the bus and it just feels so preventable especially since the tech is sitting right there. People keep messaging me about the air quality around the schools and honestly it hits home because I remember how thick that smoke felt when I was younger.

I honestly cannot believe how fast this is moving and it makes me think maybe the people in charge actually have to listen now. It is wild to imagine all those buses running cleaner because of a few clicks on a screen but here we are and the momentum feels completely unstoppable.

long overdue. other places are already doing this. what is the hold up?
FINALLY. about time we do something for the environment in simcoe. do it now.
my kids ride these busses every day. i dont want them breathing in all that junk if we can avoid it. switch to biodiesel.
80% reduction is huge. why are we still burning the old stuff? lets clean up the air for the kids.
So much pollution on our roads. This is a common sense change.

If it helps save the planet and keeps the gas prices lower long term then count me in.
