This petition has been set up to collect the names of those people who wish to object to the Planning Application to build 50+ houses by Bilton Grange on the field adjacent to the school drive on the Rugby Road, Dunchurch on the A426 ...... The impact of this on the residents of Dunchurch will be to : ADD SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE VOLUME OF TRAFFIC THROUGH THE ALREADY CONGESTED VILLAGE. This is in addition to increases resulting from the crematorium site, a marina complex at Onley, development of the mast site etc BUILD ON GREEN OPEN SPACES. Creating a precedent for other future development of more open spaces within the village TAKE ANOTHER IRREVERSIBLE STEP TOWARDS REMOVING THE INDEPENDENCE AND CHARACTER OF THE VILLAGE blurring the boundary with Rugby ADD ANOTHER MAJOR T JUNCTION ON THE A426. Recent road works show how Rugby Road is sensitive to even minor traffic flow changes. The new junction will not solve any of the current traffic issues relating to Bilton Grange School.
