Billings. It's not enough for BPD to claim they have done enough because they've done their own internal review and have cleared themselves of any racist or inappropriate actions or incidents. St John saying this on local TV news does not make it sound less ridiculous - for any group.

All you have to do is pay attention to see how unfairly people of color are treated in Billings. Not to mention where Montana falls nationally with police brutality. Clearly leadership is failing.

Accountability should mean that police officers have more stringent rules governing their behavior, not less. There have been too many of these incidents for them to plausibly be accidents. This must be investigated. Public trust in police and the lives of folks in our community are at stake.
