This Bill S.F. 1164 needs to go thru the house and be passed. These animals are going thru pure and clear ANIMAL ABUSE. These animals were not to be put on earth to be tested and then die. Animals have rights just like we do and by doing this testing on them and then putting them to sleep is just plain sickening and does not show any justice for the United States, in fact it makes the United States look terrible and people are going to think that we are animals abusers. I need as many signatures as I can get to stop this. They pick on the beagles mainly and this is not fair to any of the animals but especially the beagles. Beagles are hunting dogs, not testing dogs. After these dogs are tested, they are killed. Why, what do they get out of this? They are not getting information that they can prove that is going to help anyone in the United States so why put these poor animals thru it? As being the President or the Congress, they need to put their food down and stop it immediately. I stand behind the bill ONE hundred percent
