I, as well as many other people, feel the comments made by veteran Coronation Street star Bill Roache, were out of order, vile, disgusting and insensitive. We are calling upon you, the producers and station executives, to ensure Bill is either heavily fined and suspended, or sacked from the show. His half hearted apology was a blatant PR stunt, and we do not feel he is genuine, and He has no place on the show. Think of how you suspended Michael le Vell (who as yet is unconvicted), making an example of him if he is indeed guilty. Bill has been caught on camera making vile remarks. Please sack or suspend him, or else your show will lose a lot of viewers. Thank you.
