Revive Klondike

is a wonderful project to add sidewalks and bike paths along Klondike from Lindberg to SR 52.
We would like a bike path or sidewalk along Klondike from SR 26 to Lindberg. This is a very narrow section of road with considerable pedestrian traffic and no sidewalks or bike paths.
This section would not require upgrading any major intersections or rail-road crossings. The distance is approximately 6/10ths of a mile.
Reaching this level of support confirms that many of us recognize the safety risks along this narrow stretch of road. This momentum shows that our community is ready to prioritize a path that connects these important corridors. I appreciate the thoughtful feedback so many of you have contributed regarding why this path is necessary.

Safety I ride my bike this way regularly and would feel much more safe. My toddler kids would hopefully soon join me when a bit older if safe

May even help lower amount of traffic by allowing more people to walk/ride to campus safely.

This would be a great safety addition due to the speed limit for cars and many bike riders on that strip.

Any sidewalks or bike paths in our area would be used.
