i see no issue with them dirt jumping, it's a productive and active way for them to spend there time.

It is only mud after all, and the young man makes a valid point, in comparison to the mess left by diggers after the jumps were torn down they were having little impact on the environment. You really should re-consider, I'm surprised they haven't been re-built already with or without the 'Landowners' (odd term that) permission.
