I think these are very important considerations especially because of the development of the current pandemic.

I would love a lower tier HOA fee since my lot is totally unimproved.
I DO NOT agree that those who have not fully paid their fees up to now...should get any percentage of FORGIVEN FEE!!! I am totally paid in full. Why do those who do not fulfill their obligations often get all the "forgiveness in money" ? I WOULD LIKE the same percentage of forgiveness of my annual HOA fee just paid....if anyone else....who has withheld their current fee...gets any $$ fee forgiveness! I do not like the recent, negative events at BIB any more than those who have NOT PAID their fees...but I DID NOT WITHHOLD FEE PAYMENT as protest. Please give all residents the same forgiveness of fee % or none at all! That is a bad and unfair idea, in my opinion. No one should be entitled to or be rewarded for not fully paying their HOA fees...for bad behavior.
I, also, hope the resident relationships and cooperation/board cooperation, efficiency...and communication becomes more positive, transparent and worthy of every resident and lot owner's confidence. I have been very disappointed in what I've watched, online, happening at BIB. I bought my lot in an "eco- village" knowing what the ideals and the supportive, cooperative life for residents in an "eco-village" should be like. I am educated in permaculture and off-grid homesteading. What I've seen more recently....is a real turn-off...and not a good, positive example of what successful and true "eco-villages" around the world are like. I would think everyone knows that the "personality" of the community...as a whole, the positive or negative energy of BIB would greatly influence the building of more homes by current lot owners and the purchase of lots by outsiders looking to buy, build and live at BIB...in the future!
I am not one to argue and I do not like constant animosity...so I am not a resident who gets in the middle of the online conversations/arguments I've followed....but I see much of it. It gets old, so I honestly don

In full agreement. In the future would like to add assistance or recommedations for selling off lots. Thank you!

I believe this board is willing to discuss whatever issues the lot/home-owners wish to bring up. It takes full participation by all lot/home owners to be able to move BIB forward; paying fees is a critical part of this.

How many owners owe back fees and why haven't they paid them? Isn't that part of the purchase agreement for BIB? Will those that have paid their annual fees each year be reimbursed like those who have unpaid back fees?

I would even say that unimproved lots should only pay 30 % of regular fees.

I believe a discussion would be beneficial. I do not agree with all the points in the petition
