lol - its pretty bad when you have to petition to get a book published with the publisher who is contracted to do it. Its even worse when that petition fails to get the support of even 100 signatures. Its been a month! With POD and small press, perhaps the GD community needs to acknowledge its a specialised interest and its best chances of having specialised books in print are by printing them, acknowledging their specialised appeal.

Please publish this book! Thank you kindly.
