I spent another hour waiting in the cold yesterday because my bus never showed up again. The stories you are leaving in the comments show that I am not the only one feeling forgotten by these operators. We need to keep this visible until someone finally takes responsibility for our commute.

Seeing this grow makes me feel like I am not alone when I wait in the rain for a bus that never arrives. This momentum proves that my neighbors are just as fed up with these broken transport links as I am.

I think the 7 bus from great ashby is ridiculous it cancels busses without warning they don't keep to a time table and just turn up when they want I have been late for work many times because of this bus
Definitely needed in this area, need to run like London buses and be cheaper. Need a direct link to Lister Hospital, just for the hospital, would help with parking and neighbouring streets.
301 service really needs sorting out. Buses frequently cancelled, and this is a route that serves hospitals. Very unreliable.
Stop cancelling buses people rely on then to get to and from work
SB8 service is awful and with no evening service, people cannot get home safely unless they can afford a taxi
I completely support this petition. Everyone should respect each ones times. And that includes bus turning up on time. It is frustrating to wait for another hour for the bus to come and be late to work for this. Bus fare is already expensive so I wonder why they couldn’t do their job properly. Being unreliable is not really good it gives people more reason to get a car which is not good for the environment.

I rely heavily on this service to get to and from work. I do have a car but I'm trying to help towards the parking situation in Stevenage and help the environment. I desperately need the service to be reliable in order for me to continue using it
