My wife's account was hacked and we have tried everything to get Instagram to respond. Their processes are non-existent and they are promoting the violation of intellectual property rights. They suck and should be shut down.

My minor child's account was hacked. The hacker is using sexually explicit terminology and there seems to be no way to shut down the account. It's humiliating for my child and something that should be addressed immediately. I have not heard back from Instagram regarding my request for help.

My account was been hacked yesterday (day from Hell panicking ... never wanted to use social media in the 1st place but thought I should and look where it's got me!) Getting nowhere with Instagram except round and round in circles. Doesn't recognise any of my details :0(

Idem. I can no longer access my account at all. I’ve entered the username, email, phone number but it won’t recognise any of my details. I’ve sent many claims and I’m still waiting for help.

My instagram has been hacked yesterday and the hackers changed my username, the email address and the phone number connected with that account. I am so desperate! I just want my account back but instagram is not helping me at all

I have tried many time to send pictures with codes that were email but with no luck!! I have pictures on Instagram that i cannot get back. So frustrating
