Better Support on Instagram

My account was hacked. Email address changed, user name changed, profile pic changed. I sent in verification of me holding my drivers license and instagram still isn't fixing this for me. I'm at my wits end!

Seems like my account is hacked or compromised . Im writting emails everyday but no help . Can anybody help me i lost alot of informations and buisness deals that i had in there

Found my account was missing about 3 weeks ago. Have since found all the images under another username. No help from Instagram, going through all the motions like everyone else.

Instagram won’t help me and my girlfriend reset our password after we gave them PROOF that my girlfriends cousin hacked our account. We even sent screenshots of her admitting to hacking our account but Instagram still does nothing.

My account was also hacked, I received an email, stating that I changed my email and user name. This was not true. Some clown with the name Beazelen Jaylah changed my name To his? on my account with all my pictures. And, I send emails and fill out forms every day practically. With the same results. Go the the help centre. Now after writing Instagram, I can't find the hacker with my pictures and I didn't finish screenshots of all my pictures. So aggravated with the entire thing. What's wrong with people?? #hackerssuck

Mine was hacked a week ago and I have been unable to contact Instagram at all

My instagram was hacked on 8/28/18 and I have been locked out. I have found no way to contact them other than by bot.

My account has been compromised and nothing has been done. Get your act together Instagram.

Hacked account no help from Instagram. Something needs to be done.

My instagram was hacked. It has been almost a month now. At first I thought there was something wrong with my app because it wouldn't let me post anything to my story, so I deleted my app and re downloaded it. At that point I couldn't gain access so I thought maybe my password was wrong or I maybe had originally signed up with Facebook and just didn't remember since it has been awhile so I signed in with facebook and accidentally created a new account then I deleted it right away since it was not the case and I didn't post anything on the new account that I created. I filled out the form online as directed and on the form you have options to select what account you have and I checked off "personal account with posts" there was also space to write down any additional information and I explained my situation that I accidentally created a new account and I even provided them with the username that the hacker was currently using on my account to make it easier for them to locate it. I was contacted to send them a photo of myself with my name username and code that they provided written clearly on a piece of paper. I was messaged back with a link to get access to my account and the link wasn't working so I emailed them back and they said that they can't help with a deleted account. I was frustrated because that was not the account that I sent the form in for and I chose "person account with photos" and that deleted account was an error and I didn't post anything on it and I also explained myself in the space they provided. So that basically means they didn't read anything that I wrote. So they then told me to write up another report and I went through the entire process again of sending in my photo just to receive another email that they were helping me on a different account. I emailed back and explained what had happened and I never heard back. So I filled out another form just because I had no other option. and now I have done it every so often since then because I h

My account was hacked and IG is giving the hacker more rights than myself. I've been trying to gain access to my account for 06 days now and keep getting the run around from IG.

I can't access my Instagram account my email is been changed

I've provided instagram everything they've requested and also my drivers license and a picture of me holding a physical copy of my third most recent post. They still don't believe that I am me because I don't remember what email I used to set up my account 7 years ago. They are protecting the hacker more than they protected me.

If your account has been hacked you should be able to prove it's your account through other ways than the original email or phone number you used to sign up for the account. Especially if that was years ago and you no longer remember or have access to that information.

Instagram dies not help hacked users and eventually blacklist your devices from accessing your account while hackers take all your info.
