it happend to me and beyond words, it’s such a devostating feeling. Instagram doesnt care, it’s not fair and shame on the organization. Very poor customer service and bad reputation for you guys and one day someone will sue the hell out of you.

I'm currently in a dilemma and Instagram is doing nothing to help me. this is the worst, my account has been locked out for the third time!! We need to be able to talk to read people and get our accounts back.

My account was hacked a couple of weeks ago and no luck with support. I even sent them a screen shot of the hackers name that took over my account. I have also sent them a picture of myself with a written code provided by support and no luck. This is so FRUSTRATING!!!

I had a similar experience. Instagram does not care about my hacked account, and not able to address the problem despite my several attempts. I don’t think they are able deal with the hackers, leaving many accounts in danger..

its been a month since i was hacked. I reported the account multiple times and Instagram support doesnt investigate and barely contacts you. The key i think is, dont be like me and accidently create another account when youre trying to sign in not understanding that youve been hacked. If i get my account back i may delete Instagram altogether.

I've been hacked a week ago, did everything that Instagram pretends to read.. NOTHING !!!!!! How can u change or do anything when your account has been HACKED … Meaning, they changed everything !!!!!!!!!!! Someone has to be able to help us !!!! COME ON
