I've been in a loop with a bot for the last 3 days trying to get my account back. I expect to be stuck in that loop for a lot longer unless they fix their crap over there.

I am on day 4 after hacking and another account has been hacked today - 6 attempts at email support on Instagram and no further than sending the photo of me with the code

We need a report form and not the information that couldn't help us when we get hacked because hackers can change all the information in the account its hard to get it back without a report form

My instagram account was hacked and I've reported it several times using multiple different tactics and Instagram doesn't believe that I'm the owner of the account even after I sent them a picture of me, per their request, that clearly matches all the pictures of me on the account.
