Better Support on Instagram

My Instagram account was hacked and request Instagram team to recover my account back but it doesn't work

My company instagram was horribly hacked two weeks ago and INSTAGRAM IS AWFUL!

I have accidentally deleted my main account rather than deleting the other account which I created for thinking of growing my business. please restore my main account. IG Id - sinha_sunit email - [email protected]

I don't even have the change to send them a damn message, WTH!?

Shutting down two of my personal Instagram account without any reason and help center is not helpful at all.

Someone STOLE my Instagram account. I was the original owner of a username. I had my own password. Let the account sit for a few months while I got busy with other things and then returned to on work on getting it up and running for my business ONLY to find that someone else now had access to that name. WHAT?! I tried logging on with same name (remember, I am original owner) and MY Password...the password I used when I first registered the name. Instagram came back with message saying that "Password is Incorrect". WHAT?! So how did this happen? I tried contacting them but they keep pushing my complaint to the side. I keep telling them I need if for my business but they do not care. What do I need to do to get my original name back??? The ones who have it now don't even use Instagram much at all if any. ???

2 of my accounts have been hacked. No support from Instagram

I was hacked and someone changed my email to a Ukrainian email (I'm from the U.S.) so I can no longer access my account. I keep contacting support and provide proof that this is my account. This bot gives me a reset link but to confirm the password reset, they email that Ukrainian email. This is the worst security in any app I've ever used and should be illegal. Literally your emails, phone numbers, everything has been compromised. These are people's identities and lives on the line. Some companies use Instagram as business accounts as well and lose all their content and following. How can such an established company have such a terrible sense of security. No one should use this app if they care about their identity.

Account disabled after I reported my impersonators and flashed myself as spam!! Unbelievable!!! I’ve sent the disabled format many times, no answer yet

Instagram in no way helped me. I love how they throw you a bone and you feel relief you'll get your account back. You follow their link and then nope doesn't work. Celebrities can get their accounts back but I can not...why am I less important?? Beyond frustrated.

Hacked and no way to fix this isssue.

Someone changed my email address in my account and I was not able to revert the change even though I got the email to notify me. Now, everytime I get a code to reset my password it send a link to verify my identity to that email address that’s not mine. I have my phone link and the original security codes that were sent to me. Instagram/Facebook is not being proactive to try to help it’s customers get their accounts back

I emailed Instagram so many times. They sent over 30 links. It’s rediculous. My account was hacked. I hate this app, it’s been over 5 days. They still have yet to respond.

I’ve been hacked as well

Someone has taken over both my Instagram account and email. Instagram has done nothing to help me and everything to help the hacker keep my account.

Literally have tried everything on help center, been at this for days and they never fail to disappoint me. How unprofessional and snobbish!

I refuse to continue with Instagram if they don’t fix this.
