My hacker put 2FA on. Been emailing bots since March 2019. Hoping to recover my account in a year, at least.

This also happened to me and I've just been going in circles no way to get Instagram help my account was taken over my email was changed I never received an email from Instagram my email has been changed to email that ends in are you I don't know if that's Russia but I have no way of accessing my account and I am very concerned with my photos on there and if anything I would at least like my account closed

I have been hacked and all my children pictures I feel violated I have contacted Instagram and they never respond my form I filled out this is terrible I want my account back

My problem is different but I’m sure I’m not the only one. So I’ve tried to create a new account but I can’t because it says, This email is taken by another account. I don’t have another account. Of course, I tried to contact Instagram in every way but nothing works. This is ridiculous and disappointing.

My account has been hacked, email, username and password changed and profile picture changed to a pornogrpahic picture yet Instagram has done nothing to help and I've resorted to reporting to the FBI as I don't want to pay another online hacker bitcoin to get my account back, Instagram has to do something about all of this!!!

My account has been deactivated and unfortunately I do not know the password so I have no acess to it. HOWEVER instagram does not care even when I tried sending to of my pictures with the code they gave me to verify my ownership on the profile. And then a bot named Zeynep told me that they cant return it because I did not meet the standards for the image. It is so stupid because you can totally see it is the same person the image as on instagram. Wtf Instagram??? Now i want my account back and have no idea on how to contact them to prove tuem that it is my profile!

Yes, please include a working 800 number to call. Especially if you suspect a person(s) impersonat a actor/actress and trying to get your personal information.

My account got hacked in September, but all the “help” I’ve had is bot emails with links back to the same unhelpful help center. Creating a new account after cultivating a history & a moderate follower base over the course of 6+ years is just not an option.

Account hacked twice in one day. Managed to recover account first time round but it shouldn't have been possible to hack the account again after I changed the password with a strong password. I Uzbekistan no idea how these hackers obtained access and it seems I'm both cases to be a Russian email address. I am very concerned for my privacy as I use Instagram to log into other third party services and Instagram do not seem to care enough to allow these accounts and hackers to be reported.
Upon reading online, I have found examples of hacking dating back to 2017.why has this not been resolved, surely a security loophole in such a popular app should have been fixed as soon as it was discovered.
I am now very worried for my privacy online and would like to Instagram taking more responsibility to keep accounts safe.
