I’ve sent the forms over and over and no help from IG. I sent the picture of me holding the paper with the code and all info they requested. This is just crazy!

Omg this is a nightmare, my account was hacked on Sept 27,2021 today is Oct 16. 2021 I've emailed every single email countless times I keep doing the steps for iPhone hoping to run into the Request for account support form no matter hour many hours I spend I get nowhere I want my account back desperately I've had a for so long I've posted my fam this is taking my anxiety to new heights this is beyond violating this hacker posted in my bio if I want it back call the what's app # he posted he can just steal my account & post that Admitting to it and nothing happens no one even cares what a nightmare

My account has been hacked and Instagram has done nothing to help me. I just get an automated message. The hacker has changed all my personal information so there’s nothing I can do on my end to get back into my account it’s frustrating that Instagram is the only one with the power to fix my issue and isn’t doing anything. I thought this app was suppose to be fun and authentic for creators. I can’t even create now.

I have been hacked for months and I’ve sent several messages to the extremely non-helpful help center of Instagram. I have not gotten a reply and I have lost money because Instagram refuses to respond to my request and help me access my account. Literally THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had and I have horror stories of customer service faux pas.

Have tried for a year and a half to gain access to my account after being hacked. It is just exhausting trying to get a response from Instagram. They do not care about you at all. Come on Instagram, help people recover their accounts.

My FB Alexandra David & IG aldavid2020 were hacked last week and FB support is USELESS. I’ve already done all the must-do’s & even submitted proof of ID as IG asks to do, but we all know nothing will get done ANYTIME SOON because it’s controlled by BOTS.

Please Instagram accounts that have been hacked where I'm being impersonated and two Facebook accounts where the same things happening and I can't get nothing done about it I have pictures of my children and my family on there that God only knows what's being done with them and my personal information something needs to get done about this now if the developers of these social media sites cannot provide adequate means to protect their users then I believe lawsuits should be in order because this is 2021 and too much of our information is out there to be stolen.
