Better Support on Instagram

My account was hacked today...I reported it. No response.

Same thing has happened to me.

Instagram helping center doesnt help. My friend's account has been hacked and her email has been changed. She has no access to her account now! And instagram doesnt care.

Didn't even get an email notifying me my info was changed

YEP! I was hacked and am still holding out hope that I will find a way after hours of tears, screaming and keyboard slamming. I CAN NOT believe they don't have any options for this. A year ago, someone used one of my photos as their own, When I reported this, the photo was removed from that persons page after just 15min. I thought that was amazing. But now I come across this and its just pathetic.

My account got hacked too. Still no support...

Someone took over my Instagram account and I am locked out. I tried all the suggestions on Instagram but since I can’t get into my lizlivac account, I can’t fix it. There is now someone else’s name and photo on my account as well as a picture of a naked woman’s butt! Please help!

I just want my account shut down at this point, so the hacker can't use my personal photos. Unless instagram designs a safer platform with legitimate recovery options I will never use this platform again.

Instagram genuinley do not care for their users.

My account got hacked and no one at Instagram is helping. I would like to join a class action suit to fight this in court for Instagrams privacy violation.
