I’m so furious over this! My account has been hacked as well and I can see my page with the hacker’s profile picture. This is ridiculous. I too have pictures of my kids. I really hope something can be done.

My account has been hacked and I have not received ANY help on how to get it back. Just automated responses and links to the Help Center. The hacker has access to my personal information, which scares me. Instagram couldn’t care less.

I am sincerely disgusted and disappointed by the lack of assistance that instagram has provided while someone now has access to my personal information, AND is in clear copyright violation. Please rectify this!

This is a huge problem, and there's absolutely no feasible excuse as to why it hasn't already been fixed. We want our accounts back! Facebook screwed me over the very same way.

My acc was hacked as well, and instagram have no actual support page or report page for the original owners of the account. Bad support from instagram.

My account was hacked, I sent a picture to verify myself and with the code they asked for, gave the information needed, and they refused to give it back.
