My account has been hacked, and I have not received any help. I filled out all of the required forms and sent in pictures, but my request was denied. How can you send in a picture of yourself and be denied?

My husband's Instagram was hacked a week ago. We have tried to report this hack and have gone through all the steps required by Facebook and Instagram. We keep getting a form letter type email response stating that no problems have been found, which is not the case. It has been very frustrating not being able to speak to anyone from the company about this problem.

Years of my 4 children's pictures have been stolen and being shared by whatever sicko stole it. INSTAGRAM WONT EVEN RESPOND AFTER TO 2 WEEKS OF CONTACTONG THEM. Other moms need to know that this his happening and Instagram can care less.

They changed my password and email i can not get it at all .. This also happened to my Facebook as well They are both ran from the same group ..Please fix your stuff
