Please acknowledge our petition for use of the pool during summer peak seasons and hours. Given this is Texas, our swim season should not be limited to a select few months of the year or times of day. As you are aware, we can experience all four seasons in just one day. Please allow our residents to use their own judgement and common sense to determine what is best for their family in relation to the water temp and usage of the pool. Provided there are no lifeguards and the pool is cleaned once a week on Mondays, adjusting the hours should not affect the HOA financially in any way. If a reassessment of the HOA budget is needed to allocate finances differently, I will gladly volunteer to assist.

There is a lot of kidless families in the community. Is not fair we can’t use the pool we are paying for because of requirements that don’t even apply to us.

Extended pool hours for people without children, that can use the pool when other children in the neighborhood are in school.

This was done in our previous neighborhood HOA. All we had to do was go into the office and sign a waiver for liability.

I would love to be able to use the lap pool in early mornings for exercise. I believe that the community has shown we can handle a “swim at your own risk” policy. Please consider allowing us to use our amenities year round. Thank you.

This Wyoming/Montana girl would love to use the pool yr round .... one of the many reasons we moved to Tx was for the warmer climate. It wouldn’t cost more per year as The pool is running yr round anyway !!

Having hours only when the kids are not in school is ridiculous! Adults like time at the pool too

Please approve this petition ASAP for all Water Crest residents to be happier and have better benefit to our expensive HOA fee.

I 100% agree!! My son's apartment complex pool is open year round and they only RENT there! We own!!
