I live on the 0 block of E Miner St with my car registered. There are only 6 spots on the entire block and I am constantly out of a place to park. I own my home and people can still park on my block using meters taking homeowner spots.

Just another way for the Municipality to generate money from students that already pay too high tuition costs, live in apartments that should probably be posted not fit for human habitation (Especially if you have ever rented anything from the nitwits Justin or Jeremy from PGM). My advise - research your ticket .. Take a hearing, there are many to beat these tickets .. and many short cuts the parking authority use .. and never send them a copy of your owners card and/or provide a reason you are requesting a hearing ...

As a student and commuter to WCU, parking is such a pain and I have to leave an hour before class so I can find parking, even though I live about 20 minutes away. Sometimes I’m still late to class because the parking is so terrible.

The police/public safety are out of control when it comes to this, sometimes ticketing for reasons that are unjust and contradict the regulations.
