Reaching this point has been a long and draining process that forced me to question if anyone else was feeling this frustration. Seeing the support grow proves that I am not alone in demanding reliable service. We are battered but we are still here.

I pay extra money for the "faster" Internet...I would really hate to see what the slow option is like! If there was any other Internet provider in the area I would switch!
Just moved 6 miles from our 1st home in Osceola, no Internet except satellite. Would love DSL, satellite is slow and expensive.
I would like verizon high speed Internet for barkshanty road. Keating twp. Potter county. PA
They won't run Internet I drew a map and had people say yes . Did all this work and said we would never get it.
We have problems with our Internet a couple times a day every day of the week due to Verizon.
Internet sucks as does cell service!
Constant internet outages kick my phone WiFi... every month i have to purchase new data, or pay for oversge fees.

We need better service for what we pay for. Sometimes we have to reset our box two to three times. For $70 a month for phone/internet really.
