I am self employed Consultant and have zero employee's only contractors. I am unable to file unemployment. Was left out of the proposed economic stimulus package but greatly impacted by the Shelter In Place order here in California due to COVID-19. How do I continue to keep my 12 year old business and myself afloat?

We are a true mom & pop store. Been in business for 24 years. While we haven't been told to shutter our doors yet, business has died off for us. All of the stimulus relief is going to big businesses or businesses with employees. No help for us, who live entirely off of our business. Don't qualify for the Targeted Small Business package because we are a 50/50 sole husband/wife sole proprietorship and not 51% owned by woman, disabled or minority. No other employees besides husband and wife. No payroll (it's all owner draw). HELP!
