I own a preschool and childcare that is being devastated due to the pandemic. We are deemed essential but due to lack of enrollment we are hit HARD! Small businesses must be helped or we face indefinite closure.

I own my own solo salon, when these types of things happen I'm the first one to close. I've always been a contributor to my economy in my community, supporting local businesses, restaurants, artist etc.
Please consider the livelihood of my business and my personal finances.

My education consulting business, my only source of income, has disappeared overnight as schools are closed and all workshops and training sessions have been canceled.
I am doing everything I can to shift to providing remote support to my schools, but given the nature of the contracting process with schools, this will be an extended process that could take a year or more.
Small businesses like mine don’t have the resources and reserves of cash that the large corporations have, and who seem to be the focus of bailout packages.
To truly support small businesses, we need immediate help in the forms of grants and loans.

I am a self-employed, freelance photographer of professional sports and events. Obviously I have no work and no means of income and I am not allowed to apply for unemployment or COVID-19 financial help in the state of Ohio. Please help freelance workers stay afloat. Thank you.

Thank you for spearheading this! So important. I am a massage therapist and also have been left without the ability to earn income during this new normal.

I have a lawn care company and people are not wanting to do all the services at this time. What little work I’m able to get isn’t enough to pay my employee@$15hr. I normally have 4 employees by now.

Please offer financial support for sole proprietors faced with loss of income due to Covid19 lockdowns. Tax credits do not pay the bills when revenue streams stop.

I’m a musician and speaker. My calendar has been wiped out through the end of May; and counting. This has completely frozen my income and being “self employed” leaves me with no relief during these uncertain times. I am hopeful Washington will remember us. Thnx for all you’re doing.
Hopeful,
-Richard Andrew “ra”
