Since the problems with printing last more than two semesters it is high time to do something. Everytime when there are evaluations or project finals it seems almost impossible to print out something, because:
- The internet connection is vague
- IT guy is almost never reachable when needed
- Printers are having troubles with recognising and connecting to computers
- If there occurs any problems or errors, the system stil withdraw money
- Sometimes more than two people printing on the same time, everybody pays and only one gets the print
We demand:
- New regulations regarding to printer
- Who comes first, prints first (time schedule for printing)
- It won´t be allowed to take paper out of the printing machine
- Always keep the work space clean and in order after you finish the work
-enough paper storage during the evaluation period (and finals) throughout the day
- IT guy reachable while printing problems occurs
- Somehow prevent losing money, when printing errors occur or refund of the money

Seriously tired of paying for prints that never come out of the machine. It happens every single exam week and it drives me crazy.
I agree, that would be great. I would also like to see instructions how to install drivers to lovely printers somewhere on english version of the webpage.
