The Bendigo Livestock Exchange must provide shelter to all animals in its care

Absolutely disgraceful to not provide animals with shelter. This needs to change.

I can't believe I need to sign a petition about this!

Why is this allowed? It's cruelty, anyone with any sense knows this. Farming practices have much to answer for. Shame!!

All the perpetrators of this shocking neglect should be charged with cruelty.

Please show these ill fated souls some kindness

Give all animals shade in heat, because they are farm animals no one cares...do the right thing and get them shade

What is the matter with you people? Why do you need to forced to show some compassion. How would you like to be forced to stand in a crowd in the baking sun while you are waiting to be sold into slaughter?

Failure to do this should be followed up by RSPCA as it is clearly abuse to defenceless animals.

As if these poor animals don't suffer enough during their short lives, it is unacceptable to have them crammed together in the blazing sun.

Phase out animal agriculture and grow plant produce! Or at least provide proper shelter and sustenance for these innocent beings!

It is disturbing and distressing to witness livestock without shelter in extreme weather conditions and in many cases also I have seen without water.

There must be animal rights

Treating animals like this is nothing short of torture! These poor animals need room, water and shelter!

Time to remember times have changed. The majority of the public now expect you to have a duty of care to your animals and at least provide some shade from the blistering heat. You all say you love your animals. Prove it.

Just do it. Think humanely.
