Needs to be written differently and with full cooperation from both sides, those for and those against.

As a resident in Bella Vista and a Realtor, I feel that ordinances must be carefully thought out with an eye to unintended consequences. This ordinance has done neither

Any ordinance of this nature should be reasonable, practical, and functional. This one needs considerable improvement.

It will result in a change in the demographics of Bella Vista. Fewer families will be able to build 3-4 bedrooms homes because of the typical small lot sizes. Also this could result in existing sellers having trouble selling in the future (even with full disclosure). Sewage/septic systems are state governed by the health department and should be left to that agency. The engineer pushing this is overthinking it (as he did with everything in centerton).

I oppose this. This is a definate detrement to the real estate market and the salability of homes in Bella Vista. Be prepared for home values and appreciation for homeowners to level off quickly and the market to slow down. Bella Vista will become known as a community with stagnant home values. Prepare for possible law suits.

Unrealistic! What you are trying to accomplish is no secret here. the hands that be are trying to stifle the growth in this community. Growth and change are inevitable, stop trying to sabotage.
