The current plan is detrimental to growth and property values. Needs further consideration and compromise.

This also violates the Fair Housing Act law. This burdens the builder to continue to build affordable family housing!

This is RIDICULOUS!! This would RUIN home building in that area. Absolutely ridiculous.

The City and POA should be working with the Arkansas Appraisers Association as well as the Arkansas Health Department for determining the exact description of a bedroom and thus word the ordinance accordingly. I oppose the current Bella Vista Septic Ordinance.

The proposed ordinance, as is, will make it virtually impossible to properly market, and sale, homes in Bella Vista. This is a major disservice to both the homeowners currently there, and those that would seek to make Bella Vista their home.

We need to stop Bella Vista from doing this.

Generally speaking, per appraisal standards, a room is counted as a bedroom if it 1) has access to the exterior via a window or door, and 2) has a closet (which is contradicted in the prop ordinance per #7). There are already industry standards in place so not sure where this language came from. There is a need to address this issue so as not to mislead buyers or create lawsuits down the line; however IMO this needs some work.

As a Realtor, I do not support this ordinance. It will further hinder growth and development and affordable housing in Bella Vista.

I am opposed to this ordinance. It will detour people from building a home.

This ordinance needs to be re-written with better language.
