A vital service needed for these communities, as the only option for the communities with no roads, is by air, and that is costly for passenger/cargo.

Maybe the ferry needs to be upgraded as originally guarenteed! The service would then meet the needs of both the tourists and the residents!

We are already experiencing economic hardship and this poorly thought-out decision will surely be the collapse of yet another industry - tourism - that so many residents depend on for their only source of income.
