I think this proposal would compromise the privacy, quietness, and safety of Belle Meade.

I am against any pedestrian paths on Belle Meade Blvd. I thought we had expressed our views against this numerous times. Listen to the citizens.

My main concern is that of traffic congestion and potential accident increases between Harding Place and Chickering., heavily traveled areas with some sight issues for crossings. I have lived in BelleMeade most of my life and rarely seen runners or walkers in that area.

I am an advocate of working this problem out but I would rather see one lane that is wider and a bike and walk lane. That would save the green space and make it safer. We live on the corner of Belle Meade/West Tyne. It is a highway! I m sure this is not popular but until we make BM inconvenient for all those who blow through our neighborhood...with no regard for the residents...it will remain a convenient cut through for all. I appreciate how hard the council has worked for years on this issue. It is complicated. Edee Orr

I strongly oppose the proposed changes to Belle Meade Boulevard.

WE don’t need to reduce green space, cut down existing landscaping and put up taller curbs for drivers that use Belle Meade Boulevard as a cut through car path. Put more police presence out during peak drive time. Mornings to work, St. G preschool drop off and pick up. Private Schools pick up and rush hour

I have expressed my strong opposition to this proposal.

Please don’t ruin our Beautiful Meadow and median!

This project is unnecessary and a waste of tax dollars. All other considerations are subordinate.

I strongly oppose any changes to Belle Meade Boulevard. As a Belle Meade resident who lives on the Boulevard, I respectfully implore the Board of Commissioners to abandon all discussions surrounding changes to the Boulevard. Changes to the Boulvard would be a huge waste of money and actually harm public safety and welfare.

Ban pedestrians or add pedestrian lanes. Current situation is dangerous. Walk/Run in the park or on the side streets.
