As a preschool educator in a surrounding town, this is a service that so many families need and benefit from. A handful of the children that come, their parents are educators as well and if they teach younger children such as elementary school, they are not able to be home in time to get their children off the bus. Having them be able to go to a program like this gives them a peace of mind, an ability to stay in their professional for a reasonable cost to send their child to an after school program and a chance to let their child interact with their friends outside of their regular school setting. Watertown would benefit greatly having this available for it’s local families.
