I think a community cafe at the Train Station would be an excellent addition to the Bedford Hills Downtown area.

I think this is a fabulous idea. Coming from a non-profit myself, towns need a lot more of this type of thing. Good luck!

This will enhance the community. Bedford hills has never had a venue that draws people into the village except the shops. It will benefit everyone.

As a Bedford Hills resident and leading realtor in the area, I cannot express how strongly I feel that the revitalization of the train station and downtown area is to our community. There is a huge change in the way millennial buyers make decisions on where to live and one of the main drivers is an active downtown venue with a lively sense of community - a place to grab a coffee, a glass of wine, shop and participate in community activities.

Let's bring Bedford Hills back !!! Tenants needed in Nick's and Table, as well as changing the traffic flow for more parking (down the hill would be one way....)

Isn't this worth a try? Hamlets are dying as the new economy takes much of the act of shopping out of bricks and mortar stores. I don't want B.H, to be a ghost town.
